The approach of Flower Empowerment Counseling is to recognize the dignity of the individual and our capacity to advance through change. Sometimes we all need help. When we are able to change the attitudes and beliefs that hold us back, we are able to feel better about ourselves and experience a better life. We are strengthened.

This philosophy does not separate the mind and body, but views a person holistically. When our emotions are troubled, our bodies also suffer the effects. The reciprocal is also true.
