Pamela's botanical interests were instilled and fostered by generations
of women and men who avidly gardened and farmed for
their families. She is a practiced herbalist, organic
gardener, and has a passion for flowers of all kinds.
She is the mother of three grown children, and has
four grandchildren. She works, studies, gardens, and
lives in Connecticut.
Pamela
Deaver graduated magna cum laude from California State University with
a degree in Philosophy and Psychology. Continuing her academic preparation,
she obtained an M.A.T. from Chapman University.
She works with children and families of addiction in the fields of education and private foster care, and served as Mentoring Program Supervisor for the Youth Light Foundation, Inc. in Litchfield, CT.
Pamela completed her certification as a Flower Essence Counselor under the supervision of Dr. Judy Griffin. This effort represents the final stage of internship for licensure as an addiction counselor.
