Violet White, White Peony, & Wild Rose White 1 teaspoon to each cup of water - Steep 1-2 minutes only, or to suit your taste High in antioxidants, Low in Caffeine, Less Astringent White tea is made from new buds and very young, very gently dried leaves. Because of the careful and light processing, the leaves retain their antioxidants. White tea is a clear brew with a slight golden tinge, not unlike white wine. It has a mild, delicious taste. Roses have been successfully used in healing for many centuries. The American Botanical Council reports that rose petals have sedative, antiseptic, antiparasitic, anti-inflammatory, laxative, cholesterol-lowering, and heart supportive properties. Rosehips have a long history of use in traditional medicine. Rosehips' iron content makes it a good choice for women, and the tea is a rich source of Vitamin C. Antioxidant action helps protect the body from the effects of stress, aging, and the environment.
